Sample Menu
During snack times and at teatime the children are offered a selection of fresh and dried fruits. Milk and water are offered to the children at snack times, with water being served at mealtimes. Outside of these times there is a water station in operation all day.
Everiday Snacks: Morning (8.00-9.30 am) and afternoon (2.00pm). Either rice crackers, breadsticks, cracker breads or toast.

Monday
Lunch:
Braised chicken and mixed vegetable creamy Indian style korma served with soft boiled rice, plumped raisins and a poppadum
Warm banana flapjack topped with butter cream.
Tea:
Warm sliced cheese and tomato pizza (baby and toddler provision, savoury breads and dips) served with sliced cucumber and tomato.
Slice of buttered fruity bread (baby unit, rice cake served with fruity sauce) and a selection of fruit.
Tuesday
Lunch:
White fish fillets, leek, cauliflower cheese bake served with garden peas.
Fruity crumble bake served with a warm custard sauce.
Tea:
Selection of sandwiches (egg, tuna and cheese) served with crudites
Raisin bun and a selection of fruit.
Wednesday
Lunch:
Braised unsmoked gammon ham served with soft new potatoes, braised cabbage and gravy
Warm brioche slices served with a warm berry compote
Tea:
Warm vegetable soup served with slices of buttered bread
Small apple cake and a selection of fruit.
Thursday
Lunch:
Beef cottage hot-pot pie served with broccoli
Semi-frozen natural yogurt and fruit compote.
Tea:
Vegetable and cheese Quiche served with grated carrot and sweet corn
Slice of malt loaf and a selection of fresh fruit
Friday
Lunch:
Vegetable pie topped with cheese.
Creamy rice pudding
Tea:
Small buttered rolls filled with ham and/or cheese served with sliced tomatoes,cucumber and carrots
Sweet fruity biscuit and a selection of fruit.
