About Us
Pooh Corner Day Nursery and Preschool is an independent care and educational organisation. It was founded in 1990 based on Mary Regan and Sarah Bradley’s love for early years education. It is situated in a spacious Victorian house with large windows which welcomes the day light into our rooms. Our outdoor facilities invite children to explore their physical potential and integrates all the other areas of learning offered indoors.
We care and contribute to the development and education of children from three months to five years of age in two distinctive provisions.
In the Baby and Toddler rooms, babies, toddlers and young children from three months to two years enjoy personalised care and play opportunities.
In the Nursery and Preschool rooms, children from two to reception class age enjoy free flow play that is full of learning opportunities.
Opening Hours:
We are open fifty two weeks of the year Monday to Friday from 8.00am – 6.00pm. The only dates we are closed are national bank holidays. We offer full days, morning and afternoon sessions.
Full time day: 8.00am – 6.00pm
Morning session: 8.00am - 12.30pm
Afternoon session: 1.00 – 5.30pm or 1.30 – 6.00pm
